The Business Plan
Template
Many templates exist for the writing of Business Plans. The
InfoCities Consortium has adopted a template
derived from a suggestion of the European Commission. Using
that template has shown its limits. But, apparently, no
better & acceptable template was available. The
further work will try to improve that template.
Presentation
The Business Plan presentation should include all elements
of the: Vision, Assumptions, Planned targets, Countraint,
etc. It should be courriercing, pleasant, and others. To
